Hotel Restaurant Böehm in Grafenwohr

I stayed here during COVID-19 and staff is Very intrusive even with the do not disturb sign they still enter the room. They say they are a dog friendly hotel but they are truly not. I didn’t try the restaurant because they were always closed. The staff for checkin is not even available in person to discuss issues.

Our stay has been great.

This was our first time in Graf so perhaps I am not use to the accommodation standard in the area but I have to be honest about this place. It is very expensive for what you get. The hotel is a 3star, if that, which is not a problem but we paid $145 US for one night. We arrived on a Friday but there are no staff on the premises on this day so we had to get our own key from the back and show ourselves to our room. There were instructions on what to do via email. It was a little strange being greeted that way. If you had a question you would have no one to call upon. The room we got, the double comfort room, should not have been over $100 US a night. Really confused why they charge so much for below average quality. Really dingy spot; carpets, bathroom, bedding, towels etc are low quality. No AC either so it was super hot. The pillows are thin. I kinda felt like I was in a low grade hostel. Really disappointed in this place and wish I had known to look elsewhere. If I had paid under $100 US I would not be complaining/rating so low but like I said the price does not match the hotel. Not in the slightest. The WIFI worked at least but if it didn't for whatever reason you would not be able to call anyone to ask as no one works there on Fridays.

If you are stationed here this is the place you want to spend you're money at. Rooms are small but it will get you accustomed to what being in Europe is like. Right outside post and 5 min walk from all the grocery stores in town. Food is amazing and staff is even better! Statement of unavailability, yep this is the place! Danke mein Freundin!

Clean rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast. I stay there every time I am in graf.

The food is excellent. There are German and English menus. There is a normal menu that has the same food all the time and a seasonal menu that changes based on what fresh food is available.

Cozy little place with traditional Bavarian style cuisine. I ordered the Turkeyschnitzel “Vienna Style” with raw milk cheese and noodles. The dish was unique and delicious, my first time eating anything unpasteurized. It came with a side salad that was good as well. Portion sizes and quality were great, would come again. Friendly to English speakers too!

Service, ugh!

I went to eat there with the family, the food was super good, but unfortunately there was a bad service who unfortunately interfered with everywhere and you couldn't even eat in peace. Well, the service was terminated and you can now eat there in peace again. I can only recommend it. Very good team and delicious food ??

Decent hotel. Simple but soulful.

Neat, and clean. A good American style breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, and cereal in addition to more traditional German breakfast options.

Very good food on always high quality Niveu, at fair prices. Regularly something fancy on the map. Sustainable Local Food Procurement Even own salad card is available.

My husband and I went out to eat here tonight and our food was AMAZING! Not one complaint. Will definitely be going back.

Herr Boone's Restaurant is always a pleasure to eat at. The specials are delicious as are his many varying salads. Tonight we had his apple crep for dessert and it with his homemade vanilla ice cream was perfect.

Recommend restaurant and hotel. Stayed a couple times and eaten at the restaurant. The food is always nicely prepared. They have a nice selection of salads as well as the bigger dinners. Hotel is close to post and rooms are spacious enough.

Good food...

Good hotel and restaurant if you're in the area. The rooms are a little small for long term visit, however. WIFI is OK, enough for business support, but likely not enough for streaming or gaming. Restaurant is really good, and family that runs the establishment attentive and friendly.

Price performance, fits. The staff, or the staff (restaurant) could have been a bit friendlier. Then it would have got four or more stars. I can understand that sometimes you have a bad day. But in this job, it's time to smile, and think about his part. "

I really wanted to like this place based on some glowing recommendations received from friends. Unfortunately, it may have been one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. My food had a very strange smell when it arrived. Thinking it was just me, I asked my dining companion. He confirmed the strange smell. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I tried the food anyway. Mistake. The meat in the bolognese was obviously rancid. My dining companion had also ordered the same thing. When his food arrived he had the same experience. After taking only one bite we returned our food and notified the server. The manager brought us our bill for the full price. $18 Euro for spoiled food and a drink.

Amazing resturante, been here 4 times now and I've never had a bad meal. They use the freshest ingredients and you can taste it. Many healthy options and an excellent staff.

Only went for the restaurant and it was amazing. The staff was very patient with us (we didn't speak German very well). The food was amazing as well.

We needed a place to crash. It was 22h and it was closed...such a shame.

I stayed here while I was trying to find a place to live in Germany. The room was great and the food in the restaurant was amazing.

Best salad!

Good food, service could be friendlier. Their soups are nothing special and too expensive for a small cup. The entree was wonderful, so was the side salad. Free WiFi but you have to show ID and fill out a form.

Great place for German food.

Didn't get seated in a quick manner and the server didn't even give us a menu and sat us at a dirty table. Took 20 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink and never came back. We got up and left. Unless you are a German do not even bother going here. They will treat you different.

Not a bad place to eat and drink, Had a nice Easter dinner with family , great German menu .
